Michelle is a middle and high school music teacher and band director in Columbus City Schools, in Columbus, Ohio. She has been a music teacher for eight years. She and her husband Don have a 10-month old daughter and two cats. Michelle stays active by jogging, snow skiing, and performing with various community concert bands.

Carrie resides in Chicago, Illinois, and is a middle school science teacher at a small urban district near Chicago. She has been teaching for six years and is the athletic director at her school in addition to her teaching duties. Carrie stays busy outside of school by keeping active with sports and outdoor activities with her friends.
